Who we are
We are Somerford Grove Renters, a group of tenants living in flats ultimatly owned by John Christodoulou, his agent is Tower Quay. We are part of the London Renters Unions.
Overview
We use data we collect to organise and improve the lives of renters. We will do as much as we can to keep your data safe and secure and be open about any times something goes wrong. We won’t share your data with any third party without your explicit consent.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When you contact us we will collect your name, address, phone number, email, rental contract details and circumstances. We collect this to organise, help you in claims against the landlord and agent, produce statistics and help other renters. We also collect information about your interactions with us for the same purposes.
Purposes
Our interests in collecting the data are:
- providing you and other renters with services, administrative support and information about services
- sending you newsletters
- improving services we offer
Who we share your data with
We will never share your data with a third party without consent.
We use Google Workspace to perform these tasks, we protect the information in this system by ensuring only admin members who have signed an agreement have access to this drive. Google’s privacy policy is at https://google.com/privacy
