Dear Nick Nicola,
I hope this email finds you well.
I am writing as a creditor to Simpson House 3 Ltd/Somerford Assets 3 Ltd.
I would like to request that this meeting to decide if a liquidator be appointed should be held in person and that it be scheduled with sufficient time for the creditors to prepare our response - approximately one month.
I enclose proof of my debt. If you need any other paperwork please let me know.
We have particular concerns about the two directors' conduct, which we expect to be fully investigated in any liquidation procedure, and we have written to our MPs and the Secretary of State for Housing about this who have taken an active interest in this case. Judge Robert Latham said in my case "The Respondent can only be characterised as a rogue landlord.".
